Made-to-Order

Because our products are printed and made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please consider your choices carefully before purchasing.

Processing Time

Once payment is completed, please allow 3 to 5 working days for us to prepare and dispatch your order. Your order will be officially confirmed and processed once your payment is received.Please note that certain items like tote bags require extra crafting time. Custom commissions will take longer, depending on the complexity of the project and our current volume of orders.

Payment

We accept payments via bank transfer or PayPal. You will receive payment instructions after sending your order form.
